Have your breakfast (a good meal), change into costumes (from top to toe), pack your bags (bring your uniform along to NYP, we are leaving your costumes there overnight)

MEET IN HALL: by 1145AM
BRIEFING

BOARD BUS: 12PM

ARRIVAL: 1230PM
Settle down with bags, mike test, costumes/props to be placed, lighting & sound check, set design to be set up, band rehearses

1ST RUN: 130PM
Aim for minimal interruptions, as close to what will happen on actual day

END OF 1ST RUN & DEBRIEF: 315PM

REHEARSAL ON SELECTED SCENES: 340PM

FINAL DEBRIEF & HEAD FOR SCHOOL: 5PM
Hang costumes, props to be neatly arranged. Lock up of auditorium.

As you can see, it will be a very packed day tomorrow, and we need to be as DISCIPLINED & ALERT so that we can have enough rehearsals.
Quite a bit of attention will be paid to backstage, lighting, sound tomorrow, because it's our first time there. So for all the CAST and PERFORMERS, please don't forget what you've practised, and all the directions/areas of improvements that has been highlighted to you so far. Get used to the stage, looking around the auditorium, and what you will need to do on the actual performance.
